Delivery Map & Shipping Info
Texas Heat Management uses FedEx Ground & FedEx Home Delivery for most shipments.
All orders are shipped same business day when paid by 3pm CST.
Radiant Reflect™ ships in unmarked boxes for easy resale. For a one time setup fee, boxes can be printed with your company logo and information.
Multiple roll orders may ship in the same box unless otherwise requested by the purchaser.
Pallet, multiple pallet and truck load orders ship by carrier and will be determined at the time of order.
At this time, Texas Heat Management only ships to the continental U.S.

Most orders are delivered in 1-4 business days.
Shipping & Returns
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the merchandise and shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restock fee will be applied on all approved returns and all returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. All returns will be inspected at the time they are returned and must be in resaleable condition in the original packaging in order to be approved.
Lost/Damaged Material
Customers must notify Texas Heat Management of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered. The customer is responsible for the following: 1.)Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged merchandise, 2.)Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete, 3.) Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged merchandise.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
